101 Broadway apartments sit on the site of what previously was home to the United States Post Office – Broadway Station. The 45-unit multi-family apartment complex is located just 101 steps to the Capitol Hill Light Rail station and soon will feature a Starbucks in one of the ground-level retail spaces where the previous Post Office entrance was located.
